The Villages of Marlborough Community Association is the umbrella association working in cooperation with the individual homeowners and condominium associations within your local neighborhood. The Association is responsible for maintaining some of the common areas not covered by your local association, certain tot lots, the entrance and median strip of John Rogers Blvd., and overall architectural guideline control for the entire complex, as well as, managing the neighborhood watch detail for the area. The Association also funds the means for the Villages of Marlborough Community Association website.
