Architectural Request Form
- All sub-associations (with the exception of Marlborough Condo) should submit architectural request form to their sub-association board first, then to VOM for final approval. Please click here for the architectural request form.

Important Snow Removal Information
If you would like to report a county-maintained street that needs to be plowed (not for private side streets such as in many residential developments) please fill out the county form here.
If you would like to report a pothole on a county-maintained street please fill out the form here. Additionally, you can call or email the county by calling 301-350-0500 or emailing snowcomcenter@co.pg.md.us.
Roads that are identified by a route number (MD Route 214, MD Route 450, MD Route 210, US 1 to name a few) are the responsibility of the Maryland State Highway Administration (SHA). Call SHA at 301-952-0555 to report a pothole or need for snow plowing on a state road.
