The Villages of Marlborough (VOM) Community Association is the umbrella association working in cooperation with the individual homeowners and sub-associations within our neighborhood. The Association is responsible for maintaining the common areas not covered by sub-associations, the entrances and median strip of John Rogers Blvd., the overall architectural guideline, compliance with the VOM association governing documents for the entire complex and managing the community’s safety and security patrols. The association operates the VOM website.
