Why are there two HOA fees and what are they for?
ALL residents that have property within the Villages of Marlboro (which is the umbrella association) must pay an annual HOA payment that is payable to Blackstone Management. The management fees for this cover various things for the overall Villages of Marlboro area: tot lots, landscaping, etc.
Residents also pay an HOA fee to their subassociation that covers various things such as snow removal, leaf removal, necessary neighborhood upgrades, community tree trimming, trash pickup, etc. Please visit your subassociation if available for more details.
