Bradford Pear trees will be identified, removed and replaced, through the Right Tree Right Place program.

 

Please remember, you are REQUIRED to have your dog on a leash at all times. If you are a pet owner you are required to scoop the poop!! The pet receptacles are the responsibility of each sub association to refill with bags; however; don't leave HOME without ONE!!!

 

Please make sure that you adhere to the proper disposal of trash (trash bins, recycling bins, and compost bins). Check the by-laws of your community for compliance. Trash should not be placed at the curb in plastic bags; the bags must be in trash containers. Also, trash containers should not be in public view outside of the property after trash collection day. This will help to ensure our neighborhood remains beautiful, litter free, and rodent free. Live animals including vultures tend to eat off trash cans that remain out and as a result, can cause litter to scatter throughout the neighborhood.
